Refund & Seed Quality Policy

At BHARAT ROOTS, we pack every seed lot with care in moisture-safe packaging. If something goes wrong with your delivery, this policy explains how we review and resolve eligible refund or replacement requests.

1. Eligible situations

We may approve a refund, store credit, or replacement when:

• The wrong seed variety or pack size was delivered.
• Sachets arrived torn, soaked, crushed, or otherwise compromised on arrival.
• The shipment was lost or not delivered within the committed window and confirmed by the courier.
• Payment was charged twice for a single order due to a technical error.

2. Reporting window

Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer mailer and affected sachets. Reports received after this window may not qualify.

3. Non-eligible cases

We generally cannot process refunds for:

• Opened seed packets after delivery.
• Poor germination or crop results (depends on sowing conditions).
• Orders rejected at delivery without valid reason or unreachable recipient.
• Damage caused by improper storage (heat, humidity) after successful delivery.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. COD orders may receive store credit or a bank transfer after verification. Partial refunds apply when only part of an order is affected.

5. How to raise a request

Email support@bharatroots.in or visit Track & Support with your order ID, delivery date, and supporting photos. Our desk responds within one to two business days.
