Welcome to BHARAT ROOTS, operated by BASID NASIR SUMRA. These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and your purchase of sowing seeds for personal and household gardening listed in our catalog (HSN 1209). By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of agreement

BHARAT ROOTS is an online sowing-seed retail desk offering categorized HSN 1209 packets — including tomato, leafy greens, roots, brassicas, herbs and kitchen-garden varieties. These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and order transactions processed through our platform.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least eighteen years of age or have verifiable guardian consent to purchase from BHARAT ROOTS. Products are sold for lawful personal and household gardening only. Resale of opened packets without appropriate labelling, or any use that violates applicable trade regulations, is prohibited without prior written approval from BASID NASIR SUMRA.

3. Product listings and availability

We strive to display accurate product names, pack sizes, and descriptions for every seed lot. Photographs show representative packets; label art and lot codes may vary between seasons. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the pack weight stated on each product page.

• Stock levels update in real time; seasonal lots may sell out without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities to ensure fair access for all customers.
• Declared weights and approximate counts follow seed-trade tolerances.
• Germination depends on sowing depth, media, moisture and climate — field results are not guaranteed.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization or COD acceptance at checkout. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable contact number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-dispatch charges.

5. Storage and sowing

Keep unopened sachets cool and dry, away from direct sun and humidity. Sow within the season printed on the label for best germination results. Once packets are opened, they are generally non-returnable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BASID NASIR SUMRA shall not be liable for crop failure, poor germination, or consequential damages arising from product use, storage conditions after delivery, or delays caused by courier partners beyond our reasonable control. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection statutes.

8. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
